WINNER NETONOMY CUSTOMER SERVICE AWARD

Congratulations on winning one of the e-Business Innovation Awards in Bologna this year. I was pleased to hear that a UK company had beaten off the competition to win a prestigious international competition for small and medium size enterprises.

The Government is committed to making the UK the best place in the world to trade electronically. Recent studies have shown that the UK is now an e-Commerce leader among our European competitors, and the success of UK firms in International e-commerce competitions reflects this.

I hope that other firms will use to the benefit, the example you have shown of using e-commerce to competitive advantage.
